In November 2017, I had the opportunity to travel to the country of Bhutan in partnership with My Bhutan and Tom Anderson. While visiting the Buddhist temples and remote Himalayan Villages, I developed a love for street photography and environmental portraiture. While I typically focus on landscape photography when traveling, I spent much of my time in Bhutan photographing the monks, friendly street dogs, and happiness of the people. The following collection contains images from Punakha Dzong, Bumthang, Laya, Merak, Rinpung Dzong, Paro, Phobjikha, Royal Manas National Forest, and Tigers Nest.
While this collection is certainly different than my others, I hope you enjoy it just as much as much as my other work!
